Thank you for sharing such a personal story with us. I am heartbroken for you and your family having to deal with such a senseless crime over 106 dollars. I understand your anger, but I don’t understand how he has been released back into society. A very sad moment where evil removed a good man–and I am sorry for your family’s loss. Your family sounds very strong and loving that is a blessing.

NOT NOY but NOT! Hey, at least, I’m building up my ‘comments’ page!!! 🙂 Sorry, again, Denise, it happens because I’m too laid back in this LazyBoy!

Oh my goodness, this is a heartbreaking story, Billy Ray. It’s stunning to think that Houston might be walking among us. If so, it’s not just one tragedy but two. Thank you for sharing so deeply and so powerfully. Blessings…

Thanks, Gwen… My previous post (flash fiction) was actually tied to Uncle Stanley – ‘Flowers and Fate’ – decided to tell the true story. All best wishes to you, dear lady. ♥

I am so sorry to learn of your story. You have the reason to be angry until today since that kind of act is something that makes you feel like pressing the trigger at some bastards and finish with them. Justice in the world has never proved to be original, it won’t be, not for another thousand years. It is a world filled with greediness, misunderstanding, lies, unjust and the list goes on.

Thank you so much for your comment. I’m inclined to agree with you… It still hurts when ( allow thoughts to settle in. My best wishes. ♥

You will meet with him someday. But living your life is all you have to do with a thought of him from time to time.

That you still feel angry Billy Ray is a sign of the injustices in the world. There are too many to count somedays. I’m sorry for the loss you felt and continue to feel.
I also hope it will be a long time before you meet your Uncle Stanley again, even though you will have so much to tell him.
Hugs, sweet man,
